Morgan Rockovich, the founder of Mod, offers over 10 years of experience. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Filmmaking and Film Studies from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. It was through the University where she earned an internship at the highly acclaimed post production company, ToyBox Entertainment in Los Angeles. In 2010, after being offered a full time position with ToyBox Entertainment due to outstanding achievments and work ethic during her internship, she declined to take her passion and knowledge to New York City instead.

 

Freelancing as an editor and filmmaker from 2011 to 2015, she played a major role in multiple productions, including the Oscar nominated documentary, Cutie and the Boxer. She held the position as post production director's assistant. In 2013, she accepted a full time position at the world renowned Empire Design NYC. At Empire Design NYC, she was mentored and edited with the award-winning London editor, Paul Cartlich. In 2015 Morgan associate produced two documentaries for the ESPN 30 for 30 series, "Down In the Valley" and "The '85 Bears," both directed by multiple Emmy winner Jason Hehir.
